PSS BULGARIA Ltd., in its capacity as a beneficiary under Programme BG-RRP-3.004 “Technological Modernisation”, announces a contractor selection procedure through a public invitation in accordance with Council of Ministers Decree No. 80 of 09.05.2022.
The procedure covers the supply and commissioning of specialised equipment and software intended to support the company’s engineering, design, measurement and testing activities.
The scope includes the following lots:

System for measurement and analysis of distribution networks – 1 unit
Lot II
Geodetic GNSS RTK system – 1 unit
Lot III
Electrical equipment testing system – 1 unit
Lot IV
Circuit breaker testing system – 1 unit
Lot V
Power system analysis software – 1 licence
Lot VI
Engineering design software – 3 licences
Lot VII
Grounding system design and calculation software – 1 licence

The project is aimed at strengthening the technical capabilities of PSS Bulgaria through the implementation of specialised systems and professional software for the measurement, testing, analysis and design of electrical power equipment and systems.
Investment in modern engineering equipment and digital tools supports greater accuracy in technical activities and contributes to the continued development of the company’s expertise in delivering energy projects.
